Spa Sales Associate / Front Desk (Membership Sales)
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas - Hollywood, Sunrise - Sawgrass and Weston

$14 – $16 per hour
Typical weekly earnings: $710 – $900+ with commissions and bonuses

Full-Time / Part-Time | Bilingual Preferred

This is a sales-focused front desk role where you will help guests discover wellness services and enroll clients into our membership program.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is looking for a friendly, energetic Spa Sales Associate who enjoys working with people, selling memberships, and helping keep the spa fully booked.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys creating a great guest experience.

Compensation

  • $14 – $16 per hour base pay
  • Weekly earning potential: $710 – $900+ including commissions

Schedule Requirements

Peak-hour coverage is required.

What You’ll Do

Membership Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Present and sell spa memberships during checkout
  • Explain membership benefits and value confidently
  • Help guests understand the benefits of regular massage and facial services
  • Follow up with potential members
Fill the Schedule (No White Space)

  • Call, text, and follow up with guests to book appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Reschedule cancellations quickly
  • Encourage prebooking for future visits
Front Desk Guest Experience

  • Greet guests and create a welcoming spa environment
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
  • Recommend spa services and enhancements
  • Support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts
  • Maintain an organized and professional front desk
Performance Bonuses Based On

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in sales or customer service
  • Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable using booking or POS systems
Experience in spa, fitness studios, hospitality, retail, or wellness environments is strongly preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
