Our spas operate across a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are based on spa operating hours, staffing requirements, and business demand. Candidates who can work a variety of shifts and accommodate changing scheduling needs will be best positioned for success.

What Does a Spa Associate Do?
Our Spa Associates help create an exceptional experience from the moment a client contacts us to the moment they leave the spa. Responsibilities include:
-Achieving membership sales goals and educating clients on the benefits of membership.
-Developing a thorough knowledge of our services, enhancements, and products.
-Delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
-Communicating promotions, service options, and recommendations with confidence.
-Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
-Maintaining spa cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.
-Supporting the spa team with additional duties as needed.

Compensation: $15.25 per hour
