The Extrovert: We need high energy. You must be comfortable leading a confident consultation and making bold retail recommendations.
What We Expect (The "First Call" Test): We hire for brains, then hands. If we call you for a phone interview, be prepared to answer clinical questions on the spot, such as:
- How does a chemical peel differ from an enzyme in terms of cellular interaction?
- What is the main function of Salicylic acid for an acneic guest?
- How do you layer products based on molecular weight and skin type? If you cannot answer these with confidence, we will move to the next applicant.
