Massage Therapist Responsibilities
- Design customized treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Create exceptional guest experiences through professionalism and positivity
- Build repeat clientele by educating guests on memberships and wellness benefits
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and shared spaces
Massage Therapist Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania massage therapy license
- Active liability insurance
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
- Experience with other modalities preferred but not required:
- Deep Tissue
- Trigger Point
- Myofascial
- Neuromuscular
- Prenatal
- Craniosacral
- Reiki
- A genuine belief in the healing power of massage therapy and bodywork
