Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and sales-driven Front Desk Spa Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident in recommending services, memberships, and gift cards to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s booking system efficiently
- Educate clients on services, enhancements, and spa offerings
- Promote and sell memberships, packages, and gift cards
- Recommend retail products and current promotions
- Handle phone calls, texts, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
- Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
- Work collaboratively with service providers and management to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in recommending memberships and upgrades
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Team player who contributes to a supportive spa culture
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment
- Familiarity with booking systems
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly pay + commission on memberships, retail, and gift card sales

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
