WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you'll be the heart of the guest experience. Your responsibilities include:
● Provide a variety of massage modalities tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
● Deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic experiences that keep clients coming back
● Recommend appropriate service upgrades and retail products to enhance client outcomes
● Maintain accurate documentation and client intake forms with care and confidentiality
● Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment rooms
● Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and membership retention
● Communicate openly and collaboratively with management and fellow team members

● Swedish Massage — the cornerstone of relaxation therapy
● Deep Tissue Massage — targeted relief for chronic tension

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for dedicated professionals who are serious about their craft and passionate about client care. Here's what we require:
● Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy License — required prior to start date
● Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities as trained and certified
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're the face of the experience
● Unwavering commitment to client care, confidentiality, and professionalism
● Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for health and wellness
● Prior experience is preferred — but new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
