- Support the Sales Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the front desk team
- Drive membership sales, rebooking, and service upgrades through strong coaching and daily performance management
- Monitor KPI trends and help implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out
- Assist with scheduling for front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians
- Maintain a polished, organized, and efficient front‑of‑house environment
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and spa standards
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer‑service leadership
- Strong communication and people‑management skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
- Experience in membership‑based or service‑driven businesses is a plus
