Responsibilities
- Create customized treatment plans based on each client's goals and needs
- Deliver exceptional massage experiences that encourage repeat visits and long-term wellness
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and spa common areas
- Follow all state and local massage therapy regulations
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Massage Therapist License
- Current massage therapy liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping clients improve their health and wellness
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
