Do you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find services they'll love? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Guest Experience & Membership Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and play a key role in growing our membership community.
This is more than a front desk position. Successful Spa Associates connect with guests, recommend wellness services, and help clients make self-care a regular part of their routine.

What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression
- Scheduling appointments and managing the spa calendar
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with questions
- Introducing guests to membership options and spa services

- Supporting member retention through outstanding customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment
- Assisting with daily spa operations as needed
