Full-Time | Evenings and Weekends Required
• Compensation for facial services performed
• Commission on upgrades and enhancements
• Retail skincare commission

• Front desk support to help book and retain clients

• Conduct detailed skin consultations
• Recommend services, enhancements, treatment plans, and home-care routines
• Recommend professional skincare products based on client needs
• Educate clients about long-term skincare goals
• Encourage clients to prebook their next appointment
• Build repeat business through excellent service, follow-up, and referrals
• Maintain accurate client notes and service records
• Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional
• Work closely with the front desk and spa team
• Minimum of two years of hands-on facial experience
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Confident recommending treatments, upgrades, enhancements, and skincare products
• Comfortable working toward service, retail, prebooking, and client-retention goals
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow a loyal clientele
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
