- Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet membership and retail goals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
