- Sell memberships, gift cards and other retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
- Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
- Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after service.
- Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
- Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
- Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
