What You'll Do
- Inspire, coach, and lead a team of talented spa professionals
- Create an exceptional experience for every guest
- Drive membership, retail, and business growth
- Recruit, develop, and celebrate high-performing team members
- Balance coaching, accountability, and recognition to help your team succeed
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
- Promote the wellness benefits of massage therapy, facials, and skincare
- Keep the spa running smoothly with strong organization and attention to detail
