Our busy Bryn Mawr, PA, location is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help us drive our spa operations The position of Assistant Spa Manager is designed for people who are passionate about customer care, motivated to use their sales experince, and dedicated to coaching a team of Spa Ambassadors.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following Skills & Traits:
- Commissioned Sales Experience is a MUST, preferably in a membership-based environment
- Communication: Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service in a professional and personable way
- Attention to Detail: The difference between doing the job well or just getting it done
- Problem-solver: Taking immediate action to solve issues
- Team Player: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer Skills: Experience with a POS system; Zenoti knowledge a plus
- Authenticity: Convey genuine enthusiasm
- Relationship-Building: Excel in building client relationships
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Display exemplary customer care & ability to translate this to membership sales
- Reliability: On-time arrival every shift
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
