Are you a seasoned Esthetician who views skincare as an art, a science, and a profession?

We are seeking career-minded, driven skin therapists who take pride in being true skin experts. We aren't a med spa, and we don't try to be. Our specialty is targeted, results-driven skin health—mastering chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Diamond Glow, dermaplaning, LED, and custom enzyme therapies partnered with right treatment masks and home care regime.

As a Dermalogica and Image Skincare Facility, we hold our team to the highest standards of education, continuous skill development, and professional consultative care. Previous experience with one or both of these brands is preferred.

If you have a strong work ethic, deep knowledge of skin physiology, and the ability to diagnose client needs and prescribe complete home care solutions, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

Active Arizona Aesthetician License (Required).
Consultative Problem Solvers: Ability to ask digging questions (e.g., "What is bothering you most about your skin today?"), uncover home care gaps, and confidently prescribe home care solutions (like targeting specific eye care or cleanser routines).
Relationship Builders: A knack for creating strong, professional client relationships centered on long-term skin goals, rebooking, and phased product recommendations.
Strong Skincare Fundamentals: Ability to clearly explain the "why" behind treatments (e.g., enzyme vs. acid peel action, barrier repair, active ingredients) during interview practicals.
Commitment to Self-Improvement: A drive to do your due diligence, stay updated on skincare technologies, and continuously elevate your craft.
Schedule Availability: Willingness to work key peak shifts (evenings until 8:00 PM Monday–Friday and/or weekend shifts).
