What You'll Do
- Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs
- Create exceptional experiences that encourage long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Follow North Carolina licensure requirements, spa policies, and Hand & Stone protocols
- Maintain professional and clean treatment rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with Spa Associates, Estheticians, fellow Massage Therapists, and spa leadership
- Deliver safe, professional, and results-oriented services
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License
- Ability to maintain massage therapy liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wellness, learning, and helping others
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
