What You'll Do
- Deliver customized massage treatments based on each guest's needs
- Create exceptional guest experiences that encourage loyalty and retention
- Educate clients on wellness and service enhancements
- Support membership growth through outstanding service
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment environment
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
- Current liability insurance
- Proficiency in Swedish massage
- Strong communication and guest care skills
- Availability for at least one evening and one weekend shift
- Ability to work a minimum 6-hour shift
- Additional modalities are a plus, and training opportunities are available
