Handyman - Full Time

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Handyman to support general maintenance and repair needs at our Richmond spa location. This role helps keep the facility safe, clean, functional, and guest-ready.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative-maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and address routine HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, equipment, and facility issues.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work area.
- Identify maintenance needs and communicate repair priorities to management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Must provide and use personal tools appropriate for routine maintenance work.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
A professional license or insurance is not required for this role.
