Calling Agent — Full Time
Location: Aliana/Richmond, TX 77407
Pay: $12–$15 per hour
Employment: Full-time
We are looking for a Calling Agent to support customer communication across all seven of our spas. Working from a centralized office supporting our spa teams, this role focuses on EFT-related messages and follow-up, outbound calls about current specials, and helping customers connect with the appropriate spa.
What you will do
- Handle EFT-related customer messages and follow-up using approved procedures.
- Make outbound calls to share current spa specials and promotions.
- Help interested customers schedule appointments at the appropriate spa.
- Maintain clear notes on customer conversations and follow-up needs.
- Coordinate customer questions and unresolved issues with the appropriate spa team.
- Treat customer and membership information confidentially and communicate professionally.
This is a centralized calling role supporting all seven spas, not an individual spa front-desk position.
