Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage therapy services based on each client's needs and wellness goals
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and care
- Recommend appropriate enhancements and services when beneficial to clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Support a positive guest experience during every visit
Qualifications
Required
- Active Illinois Massage Therapy License
- Current massage therapy liability insurance
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping clients feel their best through therapeutic massage
Preferred
- Experience with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and other specialized modalities
- Previous spa, wellness, chiropractic, or clinical massage experience
