Licensed Massage Therapist Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa — Hollywood
$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time | $900 for part-time $40–$60 per hour total earnings: service pay plus enhancements and tips. Full-time and part-time openings.

YOUR SIGN-ON BONUS Full-time therapists earn $2,000 and part-time therapists earn $900, paid in installments as you hit milestones: the first payment at 30 days, the next at 90 days, then every few months after that. The full schedule is in your offer letter.
HOW YOU GET PAID
- Service pay on every massage, plus commission on enhancements like hot stone, Himalayan salt stone, CBD, cupping, and aromatherapy
- Pay tiers: your service rate goes up as you move up tiers based on experience and performance
- W-2 employment, not 1099

THE SCHEDULE Evenings and weekends are when our members book, and that's where your income is. Every therapist works evening shifts and at least one weekend day. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active Florida massage therapist license (MA)
- Professional liability insurance
- 1+ year performing paid massages (school clinic hours don't count)
- Able to perform back-to-back 50- and 80-minute massages
- Comfortable recommending rebooking and membership to your guests
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
HOW HIRING WORKS Answer the screening questions and we'll bring you straight in for an in-person interview and a hands-on technical with one of our Lead Massage Therapists. No phone screens. Interviews available in English or Spanish. Bring your license.
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
