Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and specialty modalities
- Conduct client consultations and customize services based on individual wellness goals
- Create an exceptional experience that encourages client retention and repeat visits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment
- Educate clients on the benefits of routine massage therapy and wellness plans
- Recommend enhancements, memberships, and services that support client wellness goals
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with Florida massage therapy regulations
- Collaborate with spa team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing
- Experience performing Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their health goals
- Commitment to continued learning and professional development
