We are a well-respected, full-service Spa opening soon in Carle Place NY. We are looking for a Spa Manager responsible and accountable for all aspects of daily operations with focus on delivering an exceptional level of customer service and achieving sales targets.
Required background that applicants must possess:
• Tremendous enthusiasm with a passion for people and sales
• Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring and discipline
• Ability to lead a staff of service professionals
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Experience in selling memberships

The Spa Manager position’s responsibilities include:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa with a significant % of time spent working face to face with clients
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
• Promotion of health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Achieving financial results
• Effectively handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Working flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

Compensation: $34,000 - $50,000 per year
