- Ideally, looking for someone with 3+ years of experience with skincare, facials, and hair removal services
- High level attention to ethical standards, client confidentiality and a safe working environment
- Excellent customer service skills and providing an exemplary client experience
- Past retail experience required, strong knowledge of facial products and can show a history of exceeding product sales goals
- Team oriented and ability to work well with managers and colleagues
- Remain current on certifications and update as Cosmetology license requires
- Attend mandatory meetings, training, and spa events
- Able to work flexible days and hours, reliability is a must
- Professional manner, discretion and appearance
- Maintain treatment records that are recorded in a timely and detailed manner
- Must be able to work weekends.
