- Welcome and warmly greet members / guests upon arrival
- Answer phones and assist with client check in /check out while providing exceptional customer service
- Effectively educate clients to sell memberships, service enhancements, products and gift cards by phone or in person
- Follow proper Spa procedures, booking protocol and payment processing
- Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Be a team player who supports the Massage Therapists and Estheticians to ensure smooth business operations
- Perform various other spa responsibilities

- 1 years of spa experience preferred

- Professional personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work evening hours when needed
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and meet spa goals
- Reliability, timeliness and a high level of professionalism are a must
