Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Porter Ranch is currently seeking an engaging Sales Lead to head our sales and guest engagement team to drive growth of our spa’s recurring membership model. The ideal candidate will have experience running a sales team.

As a Sales Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our sales associates; coaching, motivating, leading, and hitting those sales targets, with our spa manager. Get ready to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, build relationships and seal the deal. We need a leader with an engaging personality and communication skills who put our customers at ease and have a knack for closing sales.

The Membership Sales Manager has  2+ years experience in leading a sales or commission-based sales team. Key components critical to this role are: experience achieving and managing specific quotas and goals, and holding a team accountable for delivering  on objectives. They are confident in performing personal sales, training and motivating a sales team, teaching customer engagement and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Membership Sales Leader:

  • · Work with our spa manager and closely with our spa associates to create a winning and fun sales vibe
  • · Craft and run ongoing sales training programs for our spa associates.
  • · Set sales goals and drive performance to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals. Lead by example.
  • · Connecting with our guests, building trust and convincing them that regular self-care for their physical and mental well-being is so necessary.
  • · Use your positivity, listening skills and empathy to close the deal.
  • · Give regular pep talks and feedback to keep the team at the top of their game.
  • · Educate members and guests on services, upgrades, products and memberships.
  • · Be the on-duty manager when the spa manager or asst manager is not in house.

Experience:

  • ·Managing and driving a recurring membership revenue stream– bring your specific strategies and ideas!
  • Experience managing and achieving specific quotas and goals.
  • Holding a team accountable to hit sales goals and meet objectives. 
  • · Embraces Commission sales
  • · Knowledge of how to effectively motivate people based on their unique personalities. 
  • · Strong oral communication skills to set sales expectations, coach to high performance and deliver results
  • · Flexible, respectful, patient, friendly yet driven to exceed goals.

Benefits Include:

  • · $19+ hourly base, plus commission based on team sales conversion, new members, paid bi-weekly. Potential income is up to you.
