- Actively work at the front desk side-by-side with those you lead.
- Schedule services, confirm appointments, and balance the daily appointment book. Check for accuracy.
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of regular visits to the spa.
- Regularly meet with spa team, leaders, and owners - attend ongoing leadership training, webinars, etc.
- Properly greet clients before and after checking in and out for their appointments.
- Learn and relay special offers, products, services, and procedures to the spa team as they pertain to Hand and Stone.
- Educate, adapt, and coach spa team on Hand and Stone procedures.
- Actively connect with customers and the community to increase sales.
- Consistently achieve high customer service marks and reviews.
- Proactively address member, guest, employee issues as needed.
- Assist teams with tasks as needed to provide an excellent customer experience and well-maintained business.
- Listen, adapt to, and share client/employee feedback.
- Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
- Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a professional, the spa, clients, and the community as a whole.
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.
- Manage all front desk operations; including customer conflict resolution.
- Work closely with Owners, Regional Manager, other Spa Managers and Leads to continue the overall growth and success of the spa.
- Help to regularly recognize co-workers for their work and be a positive influence on others.
- Meet with sales team regularly to touch base on performance, goals, improvement opportunities, upcoming promotions, etc.
- Must hold yourself and others to an exceptionally high standard!
- Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Sales and/or customer service experience; membership sales a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a multitude of different situations to achieve the desired results.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking a plus
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to multi-task.
- Ability to work closely with others towards a common goal and effectively lead a team.
- Open availability to schedule with evening and weekend availability a must.
- Professionalism and the personality to connect with clients and employees easily.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a person, employee, leader, and sales professional.
- Attention to detail and able to carefully follow direction.
- Experience with spa software and spa operations a plus.
