- Appointment Booking: Schedule spa appointments with efficiency and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Upgrades: Offer service upgrades tailored to client needs to enhance their experience.
- Service Education: Educate guests about the range of spa services and products available to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales: Proactively sell memberships, gift cards, and additional services over the phone to meet or exceed sales goals.

- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be available to work weekend and evening shifts
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 2-3+ years previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
- 1+ year in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with the wellness or spa industry is a plus.
