Full-Time | Growth Track to Spa Director | Bilingual Preferred | Evenings and Weekends Required
- $18–$22/hour
- Monthly KPI bonus: $500–$1,500/month (paid monthly)
- Typical total earnings: $43,000–$64,000/year
- PTO, employee discounts, contests, complimentary massage/facial monthly
Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
- Coach daily membership conversion and help the team improve week over week
- Train objection-handling and closing skills
- Drive upgrades and retail habits that lift average ticket
- Execute daily booking activity: calls, texts, follow-ups, reschedules, confirmations
- Reduce cancellations and improve show rates through consistent follow-up
- Maximize provider utilization and protect schedule flow
- Maintain standards: opening/closing, cleanliness, cash handling, protocols
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, calmly, and professionally
- Run quick daily huddles and weekly coaching check-ins
- 2+ years in a membership-based sales environment (spa, fitness, studio, wellness, med spa, etc.)
- Experience coaching a team to hit sales goals
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable with KPIs and booking/POS systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
