Spa Manager - Hand & Stone Pearland
Compensation: $60,000 annual base salary plus bonus opportunity. Bonus plan details are to be determined and will be discussed during the interview process.
Schedule: Full-time; 40+ hours per week, including weekends as business needs require.
About the Role
Hand & Stone Pearland is hiring a Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build a high-performing guest-service team, support membership and retail growth, and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily spa operations and guest experience.
- Coach, train and develop front-desk and sales associates.
- Own team scheduling and support therapist and service-provider scheduling.
- Drive membership, retail and guest-retention performance through hands-on leadership.
- Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and accountability in coordination with ownership.
- Manage reporting, deposits, inventory, ordering and operational administration.
- Resolve guest concerns, maintain cleanliness and equipment standards, and uphold Hand & Stone operating procedures.
- Support local marketing, referrals and community outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- Documented leadership in hospitality, retail, wellness, sales or service operations.
- Strong coaching, scheduling, customer-recovery and KPI/accountability skills.
- Comfort working hands-on at the front desk and leading by example.
